@thegamersjoint I think that Nomura is correct it can stand on its own. And while I WOULD like to see FF characters, throwing FF7 characters in again just isn't gonna cut it. IMO based on trailers and overall theme I'm seeing, the best FF characters to include are Lightning and Noctus.

My thing is, they should've been able to have Bank operating until they're able to port all the old games over to the Switch eShop system and then shut Bank down.
Because after this closes, we won't have access to bringing over DS/3DS pokemon over to the new era.

And I know they're slowly bringing over ROMs to the eShop, but so far it's only been the GBA games (which is a great start) at a snail's pace. But what about the GB/GBC, DS, and 3DS?
How long will it take for the Pokémon Company or whoever's in charge, to bring those onto the switch?

And what about the spin offs? Will we get those on eshop eventually. Stuff like the Ranger games, pkmn ranch, etc.

This is such bullshit! What a way to end the 30th anniversary by cutting off acess to 20 years worth of games. It doesn't matter that we have virtual LG/FR to play. We still haven't got a gen 3 release and what about Gens 4-7? Are we gonna do a digital release of those?
