Some more context on why the #Giants traded up to get Jaxson Dart, from multiple sources:
• Culture builder and competitor —reminiscent of Josh Allen in terms of guys wanting to play for him. He may be 21 years old, but leads like he’s 35
• Elite leadership skills: Dart was a key cog helping Lane Kiffin recruit the portal at Ole Miss — watching film, making phone calls, texting, organizing dinners
• Giants felt “even more comfortable with Dart once the helmet came off.” Commands a room
• Brian Daboll quickly realized Dart had the “heater” in his arsenal. Arm is more than strong enough
• Comparable to Bo Nix in terms of downfield touch throws
• “Has to win at everything. Not just football. Can be a card game, ping-pong, pickleball, basketball, Cherades, doesn’t matter. The dude has to win.”
Tyler Warren will probably be pretty similar to how Tucker Kraft was this season.
Which based on the Gronk/Kittle/Shockey comps probably disappoints a lot of people
Golden isn't even a one-year wonder; he's really just a four-game wonder. And those games came when Isaiah Bond was hurt. When healthy, Bond looked like the Longhorns' true WR1.
(So we can't just blame poor QB-play)

Maybe they would really roll the dice and go with a Day 3 like Dillon Gabriel, but still just doesn’t seem like how they’d approach it without better competition to start out
The Browns lack of investment at QB screams Day 1 starting rookie if they aren’t absolutely certain about a deal for Kirk Cousins
Personally, that makes me think their QB options would only be:
• Shedeur Sanders
• Tyler Shough
• Will Howard
Guys like Milroe and Dart have potential, but teams willingly operating on them as their perceived starter seems like a very risky way to approach the position.
I like Milroe a lot, but with how Cleveland has addressed the position thus far, it doesn’t make sense

If you watched Mason McCormick’s tape last year against Montana you probably noticed Riley Wilson.
Very exciting defender, can’t wait to see where he ends up
Kalen DeBoer is one of the greatest offensive minds in CFB and one of the best coaches in the country.
But he NEEDS to be better at utilizing the run to grind out games. Created close calls last season with UW, created a close call tonight, will create close calls in the future.
But I think it’s important to look around the league and see guys like Jared Goff, Geno Smith, Baker Mayfield, Sam Darnold, and others.
Confidence and comfort go a long way, and that’s what Young’s currently sapped of.
I know after Andy Dalton’s showing, many are ready to write off Bryce Young.
While the QB is certainly trending in the wrong direction, I think Dalton’s performance was more due to his veteran experience and the rejuvenation that we see when an interim coach takes over
The hire of Canales was intended to fix these issues, but clearly that hasn’t happened.
There’s definitely a chance Young just doesn’t work in the league. Partly on the Carolina situation he entered into, and partly on him.
