@andyluvv Get out as soon as you can and stay out as long as is achievable. That is achievable in some roles better than others of course but its 100% better to critique and develop someone being by their side in the thick of it than over a chat/BWV review. Main holdback is paperwork.

South Wales Police driver training unit have recently taken delivery of this ex-demonstrator BMW M340i. It has been re-outfitted with a fresh livery and light set up, and seriously looks the part! Can’t wait to catch this out on the road
