$CRCL USDC issuer thesis, and why this could be a generational buying opportunity for the long term:
1. USDC ($CRCL) share of the market
-USDC’s current market cap is about US$74 billion (circulating supply ~74.4 billion USDC) according to CoinMarketCap.
-USDC is a major player. USDC at ~$72 billion and together with Tether (USDT) accounting for ~80 % of the market.
-USDC launched in 2018 starting with an ~$0.4 billion in MC. Sitting~$72 billion over ~5-6 years = a ~180× increase.
-I believe this trend continues and they will only continue to mint USDC
2. Growth of Stables over the past 5 years (pictured below)
-In 2020 the Market Cap of all stables was about $20–27B in market cap.
-By 2022 after the Crypto 2021 peak the Market cap reached over 200B
-By Mid-2023: after the Terra/crypto crash, total stable coin cap dropped to around $130B.
-After Bitcoin and crypto bottomed and the ETFs started to get approved, followed by government acceptance of crypto stable volume started to climb again in 2023-2024
-By Mid-2025 it shot back up to roughly $246–252B.
-As of today (Late 2025) there is around $300B in circulation globally
-So over the last ~5 years, total stable coin market cap has gone from roughly $20B → $300B:
-That’s about a 15× increase and a CAGR of 76%
3. Growth of Stables over the next 5 years (pictured below)
-ARK Invest projects that the stable coin market supply could increase 5-10× over the next five years.
-Goldman Sachs says the market (currently ~US$300 billion) could grow to “trillions” of dollars over the coming years, driven by payments, DeFi, cross-border transactions.
-McKinsey & Company projects stable coin DAILY transaction volumes could reach at least US$250 billion within 3 years.
4. How does $CRCL make money
Interest on USDC
-Circle earns yield as long as USDC exists, not just when it is created.
-If the market grows from $300B stable coins → $1.5T stable coins, and Circle maintains a 20–30% market share, their float becomes: $1.5T market / 25% share ≈ $375B USDC
-At 4–5% yields: $375B × 4.5% = $16.8B revenue
Network Usage
-Circle earns additional revenue from:minting and redemption fees, API usage fees, institutional USDC flows- these are transaction-based services through Circle’s developer platform
-More USDC volume = more fee income.
-If stable coin usage expands into: regular payments, treasury management, on-chain commerce. Then Circle’s fee-based revenue can grow exponentially.
-Today, revenue from movement is smaller than from reserves, but it’s growing fast.
Chain Adoption
-More Cross-Chain Adoption = More Enterprise Fees
-Circle is expanding USDC to: Solana, Ethereum, Avalanche, Base, Arbitrum, Near, Polkadot, Optimism, Cosmos
-Every chain, increases transactional volume, expands developer usage, which increases flows and creates more integrations (banks, fintech, payment networks)
More USDC in Banking and Payments = Higher Margins
-If USDC becomes, a global settlement layer, a backbone of cross-border payments, a corporate treasury product, a regulated “payment stable coin” then Circle’s margins expand because:
-treasury yield is high margin
-network fees scale with almost zero marginal cost
-USDC adoption creates platform lock-in and a sticky product
-if this happens Circle essentially becomes the Visa/Mastercard of digital dollars, but with far higher margins.
5. What could this mean for $CRCL's stock performance
-Circle ($CRCL) — projected (if USDC grows 3–5×)
-Revenue: $15–20B
-Net Margin: 45–55%
-Net Income: $7–10BBase Case (1.5T stablecoins, USDC 25%)
Compare those numbers to VISA:
-Revenue: ~$36B
-Net Margin: 50%
-Net Income: ~$18B-2030
-P/E ≈ 29–31×
-Market Cap: ~$570B
6. $CRCL Price Predictions
-With slightly smaller revenue and a similar P/E valuation of around 30x:
-This puts $CRCL market cap $250–300B
-Today $CRCL sits at $67 and a 15.7B market Cap
-This means if $CRCL can get to 300B market cap (my base case) its price target would be roughly 20x at: $1300–1400/share with no stock splits
This is a base case and in my mind one of the easiest 10x in the market today with potential to do even higher multiples if stable coins become a main payment method across platforms. I will be accumulating in this range and anything under 15billion in market cap.

@DeepValueBagger Wow, that is so awesome man and probably feels so good. Congrats. I aspire to be in your exact position on a future Sunday in my life. God bless

@TheLongInvest Started investing at 18. Bought eth and btc it helped me pay for a few years of college. Father and mother both hardworking with no investment knowledge. I had debt through college (payed off) investing aggressively my first few working years. I like it better starting at zero
@pepemoonboy I have been buying on Avg 25 dollars a day of btc since June 2025. I’m still down 6% total but have stacked so much down at these levels. Avg cost near 79k I think.
@TheLongInvest This stock could reaccelerate with agentic payments. 100x transactions more per day is possible and probable with ai agents paying. PayPal is positioned to capture Aton of that TAM
@ThePumponomics@LambofCrypto I’d have to agree and disagree this goes on much longer. Agents will be transacting an order of magnitude more than humans will. And agents will use crypto rails for the bulk of these transactions. I’m writing a paper on this and the possible beneficieries of it.
THE BLOCK: Standard Chartered set a $200 price target on Chainlink's ethereum:0x514910771af9ca656af840dff83e8264ecf986ca for end-2030 in its first coverage of the token, a roughly 25x gain from about $8 today.
The bank argues the tokenization boom will require trusted onchain data, positioning Chainlink as critical infrastructure for TradFi and DeFi.
@ThePumponomics Im tempted to go heavy and close my eyes into pump fun. Real revenue. And every time I see crypto twitter comment sections it’s all promoting meme coins. Also under a cent means people will chase milestones like 0.01 0.05 maybe even 10 cents. Thoughts ?
@ThePumponomics Forgot. Big CRCL bull. Circle quietly near 3 major catalysts.
-BTC bottom somewhere in next 6 months hopefully
-clarity act somewhere in next 6 months
-rates rising (good for circle technically) likely in next 6 months
All while the stock is nearing $50
Crazy setup imo
