@TamGamUpsc Yeah,DPSPs aren't enforeable by courts.Broad idea behind my statemt is that those were kept nonenforceable cause we weren't having resources&as and when we get resources&achieve ability to implement them, those will be like ensured for sure(like FR). And till then we need to work
