@graulichCER My husband recently put me onto Whisper for transcription and it is amazing, much better than anything I had used before (including the ones built in to various softwares that we all use). It also speaks German. https://t.co/zVJ8c8FfSC

We begin! 20+ #chem#ed researchers joined us today at the first 'launch' meeting, enthusiastic to be collaborating together on an @IUPAC survey of school teachers on their use of green and #sustainable chemistry practical activities, and to collect examples. Come join in!

@Lateralus731 @HelmPeter@energy_charts_d Zum Glück ist in der Batterie, die bei uns im Keller steht, noch etwas drin... (auch heute Abend.) Auto ist auch voll geladen und alle 5 eFahrräder.
In this #PeriodicGraphics, @compoundchem explains what's inside a solar panel, how the energy is generated, and future technologies like organic solar cells and perovskite solar cells: https://t.co/WXqbdzz0Xz
We often get questions about if industry wants #GreenChemistry. The answer is a resounding yes. Sustainability makes good business sense. There is a growing demand for students w/green chemistry skills. Industry wants it. Students want it. Join the growing movement.
@RSC_EiC Surprised that you used it up - can you give an indication of how long that took, and approx how much Al you started with - could compare with the current you generated. We used larger pieces of Al for Al-air batteries https://t.co/LFc672Kval
Carbon dioxide removal probably will never work at scales big enough to really matter. But even if we get lucky and it does, eventually, betting the planet on it is incredibly stupid, and the fossil fuel CEOs love this bet because they are psychopaths
With so many inspiring posters shared during #RSCPoster 2023, it was hard for our judges to pick their favourites, but we now have the final results! Discover all the winners 👉https://t.co/qk83p0bjEM
Finally got our "solar system" (not THE solar system) hooked up last week. Two days of glorious sunshine and it covered all our needs. Three days of clouds and we really notice that our little e-car uses way more energy than heating, cooking, lighting, and home office together.
Here is what we were up to just before leaving on our vacation. We were almost finished when we got some snow, so we decided to get the last few panels on. Now just need to get the system hooked up...
Hey @BorisJohnson, thought I’d do a survey to help you read the room.
A simple question:
Should Stanley Johnson (Boris Johnson’s father) receive a knighthood?
Please retweet once you answer so that we can get as many responses as possible
@EdGardner_ @DrNMistry @ganshermer I really enjoyed the posters and it has been a challenge narrowing down to just two prizes. Thanks #RSCEdu#ChemEd poster presenters for your efforts this year.
