@GoJunko Not hot keys, but I put terms I don't want to retype over and over as abbreviations into autocorrect, which converts text while typing in Word and Excel.
E.g. "se" -> "Mr. Sekiguchi" and "kb" -> "Kaboom!"
Have to remember to delete them once projects are complete, though.
