@Delta flight DL1741 has been sitting on the tarmac longer than we were in the air. Sat at the gate at Raleigh for an hour and now we've been sitting on the tarmac in ATL for 25mins. If I miss my connection you've ruined Xmas and it seems to be because Delta is incompetent

I am so close to never flying @Delta again. I've been flying with them since the 90s when I was a kid. I don't understand why they can't figure out how to provide fair customer service. Not even good, just ok would be better than what they do provide.

Working at @Delta in customer service must be miserable. They are so understaffed. I can't remember the last time I didn't wait an hour to get help. @Delta please have a representative DM me
