Today, I attended the stakeholders meeting of innovation ecosystem on operationalizing the @Makerere Innovation Pod, hosted by the Vice Chancellor @ProfNawangwe. We agreed to embrace innovation. Africa should not be left behind again. @OfficialMubs will be part of this initiative

Ms. Adella Grace Migisha, a PhD Student, presents the key issues of her research paper which focuses on Environmental influence on electricity reliability in Uganda's grid system.

She notes, " We need to diversify our sources of power to combat over-dependence on hydroelectric power, among other deductions from her research."

I represented @OfficialMubs at the @RENU_256 AGM. RENU is owned by universities, research organisations & schools to have cheaper and efficient digital services. One interesting product is @eduroam which enables our students access free Internet from all locations in the county.

MUBS to introduce a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Diplomacy programme. This will emphasize practical training, interdisciplinary coursework in alignment with global development goals. This was revealed in a high level stakeholders meeting yesterday at MUBS.

Yesterday, MUBS Dean's committee & HoDs hosted a delegation from 7 prestigious French universities, led by the Ambassador of France to Uganda @XavierSticker. The visit focused on identifying potential areas of collaboration & partnership between MUBS & the visiting universities.
