@ashzenon@Se_Railway Yes it was, a few people have mentioned on here it was about the same date last month with the same issue. Don't worry though they said sorry.
@bubbles383@Se_Railway@Se_Railway go on let's have the excuse. An ongoing issue that should have been rectified using the funds presented by our ridiculously expensive tickets. Only for you to give us a fraction of the money back with your insulting delay repay scheme.
@GarethW74913845@Se_Railway Because they couldn't care less about you! You have to pay, they know full well there is nothing we can do about it. Hold us to ransom when they dont like something. They are a thief of time. It's 2026 you are right they could actually fix the issue, but they don't.
@courteneywbu_@Se_Railway Completely agree. The time they have stolen from us with a substandard service is outrages. We still have to pay, they still get paid. Delay repay is an insult, but still they get away with it.
@Se_Railway 5.5 thousand pounds a year for a season ticket. Delay repay is an insult. The time you have taken from us just trying to get to work, home from work because of your substandard service. We will never get that back. You will still get paid. We loose on all accounts.
@Se_Railway All those upgrades you spend our extortionate rail prices being invested in the rail way to improve conditions I see. Oh no wait... Same rubbish different day. excuse after excuse. Sometimes we apologise is not good enough.
Octopus energy... Stop changing my payments, @OctopusEnergy your automated change payment setting when users are far in credit is a complete con. Stop trying to store more money in your account.
I love the smell of drugs in the morning, along side people playing music from there phones as loud as they want, makes the 5 thousand pounds a year ticket so worth it @Se_Railway always giving you the best service.
Steel forged in blast furnaces, overnight temperatures of 17, yet somehow a speed restriction because it's too hot. @Se_Railway any excuse isn't it. When will you start actually telling the truth.
Just another day traveling with @Se_Railway where the investment goes into deep pockets rather than actually fix the constant issues. Yet another day I won't get to say good night to my children. 6.5k a year for a sub standard service.
@Se_Railway No you should realise that it's an unfair suggestion. Some of us have to use your service which is generally quite bad anyway. I have to now gamble. While others have it as a choice, plus get money off their next ticket. Everyone should be able to claim.
Sorry I am confused. Those that don't have to travel get to claim their money back on a ticket? @Se_Railway while it's amazing some are able to have have that as an option, some of us do not. Everyone should be able to claim regardless of the situation. Not equal at all.
@Se_Railway Still not equal. Those that have to travel on your service which is just as bad if it's hot or not it's a gamble. Those that choose to stay at home get to claim can do regardless.
