When people around you are doing extraordinary work, it’s important to let them know. Educators don’t do their thing for “pats on the back,” but a little bit of validation can provide an extra boost of energy to keep on keepin’ on. Everyone likes to be noticed and appreciated.

@leannateach I see where you are coming from! Twitter can be a way to connect with families, but should not be the main way. Many families probably do not have twitters!
