EXPOSING THE LIES, INTIMIDATION, AND CORRUPTION OF THE WARD 131 COUNCILLOR IN ORANGE FARM ⚠️

A massive abuse of power, a campaign of intimidation, and absolute lies being targeted at my family by the Ward 131 Councillor regarding a stormwater project.
Here is the truth of what is happening:

1️⃣ The Ward 131 Councillor @MakhosazanaNdlela came to our home claiming that our house is encroaching and must be partially demolished. When we asked for actual proof—a Land Surveyor’s report, a formal written notice from the City of Joburg, or a High Court Demolition Order—she couldn’t produce a single document.

2️⃣ Instead of following legal due process, she sent the JMPD to our house more than 5 times to bully my parents. They handed us a highly defective "Administrative Notice" written on a standard traffic/impound slip, claiming it’s a legal structural demolition letter. Givig us 14 day to demolish. A Metro cop has ZERO legal authority to order a house demolition under the City's Encroachment By-laws!

3️⃣ Our lawyer sent a formal letter to the Councillor demanding answers. Her official response via email? She claimed she knows absolutely nothing about this matter.

4️⃣ Despite claiming in writing that she "knows nothing," she went right into our neighborhood to recruit community members against my family. She is aggressively pushing residents to sign a petition, claiming my family is trying to stop a project that benefits the community.

5️⃣ She has told the community members that she has handed "all the documents" over to us—yet she explicitly stated in her email to our legal team that she knows nothing! She is a liar, and her desperate double-talk has put my family's safety under direct threat.

This entire stormwater project is being run like a backyard operation. There are absolutely no approved construction drawings available, and there are no professional engineers involved on-site to oversee the work, no surveyors etc.

We want infrastructure and development in Orange Farm, but we will not sit back while a crooked political agenda uses illegal scare tactics, fraudulent "notices," and manufactured neighborhood division to destroy our home.

Till today no written legal papers have been given to my family proofing her claims but only verbal threaths, claiming she is the municipal and she is the City.
