Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi Ji and Hon'ble President Smt. Droupadi Murmu Ji paying respects at the sacred #HoJahera a proud symbol of Ho identity, faith and heritage.
If our culture is India's heritage, our language also deserves constitutional recognition.
@MYBBSR Why is the #Holanguage still being neglected despite lakhs of Ho-speaking people living inKeonjhar districts? If tribal languages are truly valued, then why has Ho not been included at the Anganwadi level under government schemes?Who will answer for this exclusion?@PravatiPOdisha
More than 100 primary schools in the district are already providing education in the #Holanguage — which is even higher than the number of schools teaching other tribal languages. Despite this significant presence, why is the Ho language still being neglected? @PravatiPOdisha
Why is the Ho language neglected in the five-year scheme ‘Ame Padhiba Aama Bhasare? The programme, aligned with NEP 2020, includes Munda, Kui, Sora, Kuvi, Gondi and Koya in Keonjhar and other districts, but completely excludes Ho — despite lakhs of Ho-speaking people in Keonjhar.
