Michael Jordan breaks down the absolute true mindset of a champion.
"First of all you got to believe in yourself. You got to have a passion. You got to put forth the work."
"Discipline means you have to really decide on that you want to be a winner. And when someone tries to take you to go do things that's not focused on being a winner you have to be disciplined to say you know what, I got to stay to what I have to do."
"For people who skip those steps and think they just show up on Sunday, I don't want nothing to do with them."
.@danawhite says one of the keys to longevity is to block out all negativity:
“It never even crosses my mind that something's not going to work. I just keep going until it does work.”
“There's this Bruce Lee quote where he says, ‘Never say negative things about yourself or what you're working on even if you're joking, because your body doesn't know the difference.’”
“I never take in any negativity.”
.@jockowillink on why he doesn't rely on motivation:
"Motivation isn't something that I am going to count on because it's just an emotion that's going to come and go."
"I'm not going to get up and go through some big debate about, well, do I really feel like doing this? No, I don't feel like doing it, but doesn't matter, so I'm just going to go do it."
"They don't have the opportunity to get up in the morning. So that's what it is man. I won't fail those guys."

Everyday I wake up and want a drink or drugs
Some days I feel so disconnected, bored and empty and the thought of a beer or a little weed just to ground me, make me present is so justifiable in my mind....
But I know where that road leads. Just say no and endure.
Consistent reformer Pilates, yoga, HIIT and core work build real definition. Visible abs are mostly low body fat from a whole-foods diet (eggs, fish, chicken, veggies, protein focus) with room for treats.
She’s been photographed smoking and drinks socially, but occasional indulgences don’t erase results when training and calories stay on point most of the time. Genetics + youth do the rest. Those photos capture her lean and trained, not magic.
How to overcome procrastination:
Procrastination is a dopamine trough state: waiting it out or doing easier tasks like cleaning rarely resolves it quickly, and deadlines become the only forcing mechanism.
Deliberately do something harder or more uncomfortable than your current state, not easier. This steepens the slope and returns dopamine to baseline faster.
A cold shower or ice bath is acutely painful for most people, spikes discomfort quickly, and drives a faster rebound out of the amotivated state than passive waiting.
"If you're cringing as I say this, well then there you go. You now have a tool that you know you cringe even when you just think about, and therefore represents a great tool for you."

Use your unfair advantage.
“You're supposed to use every unfair advantage you have.
Looks, genetics, connections, dad's money, whatever.
There's nothing noble about choosing the hardest path just to feel like an underdog.” — @PathOfMen_
New: Joe Rogan is disgusted as he and Yellowstone creator Taylor Sheridan expose how schools totally scam kids with ADHD:
ROGAN: “Anybody who’s good at anything is either ADHD or autistic.”
SHERIDAN: “It’s a superpower if you understand what it really is.”
ROGAN: “Our education system is designed to take kids who are full of life and just take it away from them.
They force them to sit still, stay put, and listen to boring sh*t and it just sucks away all their energy.”
SHERIDAN: “The modern day education system was created by the Rockefellers as a way to create workers.”
ROGAN: “100%. It creates compliant workers and soldiers.”
SHERIDAN: “The earlier you get them the easier they are to manipulate.”
ROGAN: “That’s why they are teaching kids about pride month and all this trans stuff in preschool now. These kids are 6 years old. What in the world are we really doing here?”
SHERIDAN: “That’s why they have child suicide bombers. They don’t try to recruit 40 year old guys with a family to strap a vest on. They try to get kids who don’t know any better.”
ROGAN: “It could be being a Christian, a Muslim, or even their political ideology. If you get kids young enough you can talk them into doing almost anything.”
Small early choices that set your day up for success:
- Make your bed.
- Hydrate before caffeine.
- Meal prep breakfast the night before.
- Sweat early.
Always make the harder choice.
