@VodafoneUK Its fine, both were existing customer re-newals, my mum has been in touch three times this week and has been told that she cant have the same deal. Just no use for customers, I have been 26 years with you as well, had been due to renew this week and now wont be. Thanks.

@VodafoneUK total disgrace, dad got a sim only contract on Saturday, mum then told she cant get the same as she is upgrading, she is not, she is simply applying for a new/better sim only deal. The number has been with you for 26 years and will be away this week.
