@joncstone Tends to be far too busy with pedestrians at the 2 crossings here.
I'm in favour of the๐ฆhere, but the green man will need to be generously frequent for pedestrians.
@joncstone (Future C13) cycle tracks on Clerkenwell Rd opened today. https://t.co/qRmgM3x0zS
Pic=One way to use the new infrastructure in a longer route to connect from northbound C6 branch to C41.
I don't think you've gone via the picturesque Doughty Mews (red box) in a video.
@joncstone Some pics of the current public realm improvement works (from a few days ago) around the King Henry's Walk section featured in this week's video.

๐ข Big News: Romford Road Section H is OPEN! ๐ฒ๐ถโโ๏ธ
Weโve officially hit a major milestone for a greener, safer neighborhood. Section H is now open, featuring dedicated improvements for:
Pedestrians: Wider, safer walkways for a better walking experience.
@joncstone Some bits to be aware of:
Some recent contraflows introduced in Fitzrovia (red circles).
The orange box has one sign (pic 3) <inconvincingly> suggesting that it currently has a contraflow.
I suspect C27 will get realigned via Gt Titchfield St (TfL map uses this).
C48 is now fully signed between Brockwell Park and "Valley Road" mostly along what had been part of the Streatham-Peckham Rye scheme. (There's also a signed offshoot C-route to Streatham.)
The Christchurch Rd crossing (black box) is supposed to be getting improved soon.
First section of C43 (red box) is now signed, although might need another day's work to complete the road markings and properly sign the contraflow on Portsea Place.
Drawings also suggest a couple of islands will come at the north end of the 2 contraflow streets.
Purple=C-links
@joncstone At Exning Rd, it's arguably safer to follow the purple line.
Double bend (circled) makes that a bit dangerous S'bound. (I saw a bus + car collide here last year.)
Currently the road in black box is closed for ~2-3 months and one-way @ end bit

@joncstone Some of the C54 signs that have gone up on the Silvertown Way corridor.
There a generic route sign off it for City Airport, but the final C54 sign directs to Royal Docks (towards the new ExCeL extension). Potentially will run on to Beckton.

@joncstone One issue for southbound cyclists along Deptford Church St is the lengthy red cycle๐ฆat this pedestrian crossing... unnecessarily stays red even while the pedestrian signal is red!
@joncstone Look like the deep shaft on Arthur St that went down to the ๐ station below... has finally been (or is almost) closed up.
The planned changes at the bridge end of the road will hopefully follow soon.
Some suggestions for @FootwaysLondon in Hackney: (1) There are some missing sections of a signed pedestrian/cycle route between Finsbury Park + Victoria Park (delivered for 2012 Olympics) - https://t.co/onBLT7J8Wd
It might be better to map this @FootwaysLondon route via the staggered pelican crossing on Mare St + the south side of St Thomas's Sq. The central cycle track on Mare St wasn't designed/intended to be used as pedestrian refuge island.
