@AliAbdaal I agree AND how do you distinguish if a goal is no longer enjoyable and should stop being pursued VS. a goal that is not enjoyable but worth pursuing ? π€ For me, I look for meaning. What about you?
@rockinronh@FitFounder For me, I had a regular hot shower and then 1-3 minutes fully cold to finish off. Itβs best to get out from cold water and let your body warm up naturally!

@FitFounder Also - as @hubermanlab talked about, the more you resist the idea of getting into a cold shower, the GREATER the stimulation effect. Itβs even more effective at raising dopamine. So, hate it all you want, itβs even better for you!! π€ͺ
@FitFounder Awesome π I just finished my first 31 day cold shower commitment - and I love it!! I started on Jan 1, and I noticed my energy levels were much higher in the mornings (increased dopamine). Definitely will continue! π₯Ά πΏ
@hubermanlab @DRichleau Is there an advantage to allowing your body heat up naturally after cold exposure as opposed to artificially warming it through hot water? π₯ΆπΏ
@roblabonne Doesnβt matter if itβs a fad or not in my opinion - thatβs an external metric. What matters is whether YOU find benefit from them? Does it help your in your daily wellness? π§ββοΈ π₯Ά
@APompliano How many times do you actually review your finalized Google Doc? Or, is it simply a note taking practice so that you commit the most important information to memory? π€π€
@chrisboettcher9 Any shoes that you recommend for daily walking?πΆββοΈI tend to pronate and am wondering if I need new running shoes or orthotics! Thanks ππ»
Goals vs Intentions:
Goals are result-oriented.
Intentions are process-oriented.
Goals tend to be external achievements.
Intentions tend to be internal commitments.
Goals help us move toward a compelling future.
Intentions help us move toward a compelling present.
