@SunnyDayluxe Considering I have ADHD and RSD and go to therapy, I have to disagree with that, personally. However, what works for me obviously doesn't work for everyone.

@s8nhimself @asterbotanist @ADHD_Alien @FloTheDeer Believe me, I'm aware of how hard it is to come forward for help, considering I'm struggling with that now with my ADHD and RSD. I'm not saying medication doesn't work at all, but after dealing with side effects I prefer therapy. Everyone is different so if meds work, awesome!
