Eating the right types & amounts of fats is key for numerous reasons!
#Fats are needed for vital processes such as brain, eye and heart function, growth and development. Plus, essential fats (e.g., omega-3 & 6) can't be produced by the body, so we need to get them from our food.
🥜 #Fats are important for good health and proper functioning of the body. They are a source of energy & omega fats and enhance the absorption of certain vitamins. However, too much fat and/or the wrong type of fat (e.g., saturated & trans fat) may negatively affect our health.
E ainda quer roubar a nossa bolsa? Devolve minha bolsa, Bolsonaro! #PagueMinhaBolsa#CAPES
Exigimos tratamento digno! #PagueMinhaBolsa#CAPES

Get salt 🧂 out of the menu. Most people around the world eat too much salt, 9–12 grams per day on average.
This is double the WHO recommended limit of 5⃣ grams (equivalent to a teaspoon) a day.
#SelfCare Month
