Let us know what country you are in, and we can point you to the nearest authorized MagicSpam reseller. Or, you can always visit our own store.. Pssst.. a secret.. soon you can purchase MagicSpam with more than just a credit card.
As you may have heard, @plesk will be ending distribution of our older legacy version of MagicSpam (boy that's been a lot of years) coming up soon. Now is the time to switch to the FULL versions of MagicSpam, including MagicSpam PRO if you already haven't. Latest release just went out the door. Visit our webstore, or one of our official resellers to get an updated license.
A reminder to all our loyal @Plesk users and followers, the latest MagicSpam Pro 2.2.7-2 was just released. This is a perfect time to upgrade both at the same time. And remember to use our email 'health checks' to make sure that systems are configured correctly. On server installation, "Simple to Use, Simple to Install"
@FHTechTeam Just a reminder.. Maybe it's time to reach out.. MagicSpam PRO for Plesk latest release just went out the door, and time to look at what the PRO version does for you and your customers.
@Hetzner_Online IF the #CAJU spammer continued activity is not bad enough, now the @Intuit@QuickBooks phisher is active on your networks.. eg 65.109.16.]41, seems like you are making a name for yourself as easy to abuse.
@IDSWebMx You might like to check your mailbox, it appears full, so you aren't getting your receipts.. 550 Mailbox is full / Blocks limit exceeded / Inode limit exceeded ;) Hopefully now that you have MagicSpam your mailbox won't fill up as fast
It's amazing how many of our users want to help and 'give back'. Occasionally, no matter how hard our team works, the odd message can slip through, especially in regions we have little insight into. Excited to note that our team will be releasing a new 'feedback' tool, allowing you and your users to report any new samples of spam that might have slipped through.. Let us know, if you had that tool would you use it?
Hmmm.. looks like #viettel.com.]vn might have some compromised @Fortinet devices? A lot of bot activity being generated from your networks last couple of days..
Loving the comments from our #DirectAdmin customers, and good news for you too.. just released 2.2.7-2 to the public release site. Upgrade to take advantage of new tools and features. And keep those great comments coming..
Woohoo! @cPanel users looking for some good news? MagicSpam PRO for WHM/cPanel 2.2.7 has just been released to the public. Thanks go out to our loyal #Beta testers.. https://t.co/PaQ1OEo9rp
Have to love our development team, a bug was reported due to changes in @plesk Obsidian 18.0.77, and they will have an update out within a couple of hours, no longer rely on external calls to postmap.. Stay tuned, should see it on 'Edge' release shortly. Thanks Daniel and Denis for reporting this..
For our @cpanel customers..
Dear Valued Customer,
We are thrilled to announce the latest update for MagicSpam PRO for WHM/cPanel. This release brings a mix of new features, security enhancements, and interface improvements to boost your email security and user experience.
(5/5) Use a trusted DNS provider, probably your hosting provider's or own DNS server. Using open DNS providers like Google and CloudFlare can affect your ability to perform important DNS lookups which are used by various filtering tools.
We often gets asked, what can we do to improve our @cpanel or @plesk configurations, when using #MagicSpam, so we thought we would post a couple of suggestions (1/5)
(4/5) Disable IPv6, if not globally, at least for your SMTP. This just opens you up to large IoT botnets using up all your resources. Not to mention, spam filtering is optimized for IPv4, not IPv6. In reality, production emails servers RARELY only support IPv6.
