KYONPYAW, Ayeyarwady:

At least 20 CIVILIANS including a 4-yo child KILLED since today 8am in Htay Swea village. An explosion happened after SAC Terrorists came into the village. The villagers, mostly farmers defended as they were attacked, Delta News Agency reports.
