Grateful to @PasetRsif for this recognition and for supporting my PhD journey at @uonbi . I remain committed to advancing reliable, sustainable energy systems through renewable integration, energy storage, and power-system planning in Chad and across Africa.
🎓 Congratulations to Dr @Mahamat2014 Adoum Abdoulaye, PASET-RSIF scholar from Chad 🇹🇩, on earning his PhD in Physics (Energy Science & Engineering) from @uonbi 🇰🇪!
His research explored optimising hybrid #renewable energy systems with storage for reliable, sustainable energy.
@PasetRsif@uonbi Thank you very much, @PasetRsif, for this recognition and for your invaluable support throughout my PhD journey at the @uonbi . Proud to be part of the RSIF community and committed to contributing to Africa’s energy transition and sustainable development.
Congratulations to #Rsif scholar Mahamat Adoum Abdoulaye, who presented two talks at the @ISES_Solar World Congress 2025 🇧🇷, showcasing his research on renewable energy integration & sustainable energy transitions in Africa. 🌍⚡

One PhD frustration I've noticed is when I sit down to write and some days the words literally do not flow. And other days they do.
When they don't, I then feel I'm wasting or losing time. But I can't force 'flow'. Anyone else get this and what do you do?

The #energytransition is possible thanks to the gradual, large-scale and controlled integration of photovoltaic solar power plants into the electricity grid.
I am pleased to present to you my book on the intermittence of photovoltaic solar power plants.
I am so proud to get an excellent #RSIFOrientation and a brief strategies in all aspects for successful PhD from June 28th to July 2nd 2021.
I would like to thank all the team of @PasetRsif and @icipe for this helpful training!
