I have spent around ₹2,80,000 on my Hyundai over the past year, yet my experience with the Kondapur Service Centre has been consistently disappointing.
My car is once again at the service centre, and the manager, Sai Krishna, has been extremely unprofessional. Instead of addressing my concerns, he speaks to me in an authoritative and disrespectful manner, orders me around, and creates unnecessary difficulties rather than resolving the issue.
Throughout my years of owning Hyundai cars, I have repeatedly had poor experiences with the Kondapur Service Centre. I request your immediate intervention to resolve this issue and ensure better customer service.

Sri Jayaraman Ganapathi Iyer(68) and his wife Kamakshi (64) are living in Sethanipuram(Pin:610107),a village known for (predominantly)
Sukla yajur, near Nachiarkoil-Kumbakonam,Tamilnadu.
I had been to that small micro interior village for a Radhakalyanam in Sethanipuram Perumal Temple and met him a year ago in the temple where he is working now.
He is working as a priest( Kurukal) in the Vinayagar and Sivan Temple in the same small village.
No income.
No children.
Wife is anemic.
She has a tumor inside the GI System. Unable to go for surgery because of poor health and financial reasons.
Tumor had to be operated. She is very fragile / weak,suffering from giddiness,cramps,breathlessness.
She has heart blocks.. Unable to do household activities.
Hence she is very fragile / weak.
Jayaraman is suffering from High BP and Hi salt(hypernatremia).
Monthly Medical expenses are more than 6k for both.
Two local village donors have given him cows.
Both are pregnant.
Unable to feed the cow. No money.
No Gpay,No UPI id

bank is asking him to maintain minimum balance of 10k which he is unable to:
not using ATM card because of the additional charges for ATM card which he is unable to bear)
The couple need minimum 25L to get a sizeable money as Bank FD Interest,every month to the Savings Account.
May I therefore humbly request every one to kindly help the Temple Priest and his sick wife please.

🧵 A customer can be defrauded in under 30 minutes. Here’s how.
I ordered earphones from @Myntra / M-Now.
Order ID: #133470795188627120401
At 8:27 PM, the package was delivered.
Within seconds, I started recording an unboxing video.
What did I find?
❌ Outer package intact.
❌ Product box already opened.
❌ Earphones missing.
I immediately reported the issue and shared the timestamped unboxing video proving I opened the package right after delivery.
Instead of investigating the evidence, Myntra simply closed my complaint saying “the product was delivered.”
The issue is NOT whether a package was delivered.
The issue is that the purchased item was missing inside the package.
Even more shocking, the Help Centre falsely showed that a fresh replacement product had been delivered, when I never received any replacement whatsoever.
Despite providing:
✅ Timestamped delivery proof
✅ Timestamped unboxing video
✅ Photographic evidence
…my complaint has been repeatedly closed without a proper investigation.
I’ve now escalated the matter to the Department of Consumer Affairs.

If this can happen despite clear video evidence, it can happen to anyone.
I request @jagograhakjago, @DoCA_GoI, @Myntra, @MyntraSupport, and consumer authorities to ensure this matter is investigated fairly and my money is refunded.
Consumers deserve better.
