In the absense of any information, most probably it seems to be some sort of training / exercise in urban environment - Preparation for any future eventuality.

@OfficialDGISPR should share info about the unusual activity; particularly in view of violent clashes across #AJK - #Muzaffarabad as speculations in tense environment are no good.
