@Sudhirhalakhndi It is difficult to convince them that their work is equally important and valuable for us and shall be attended adequately once the July is over. They behave as if they don't have any sort of trust on our assurance. They demand priority without any specific reason or worry. (2/2)

@Sudhirhalakhndi There are no issues as such working 14-15 hours a day just like a machine during the challenging month of July but the only difficult thing is to make certain clients to wait for sometime in respect of those matters of which deadline is after July. (1/2)

GST Portal is not Working Properly Since Today Morning, Users are Facing Following Issue
➡️Difficulty in Login on Portal
➡️Captcha is not Loading
➡️Again and Again Logout From Portal
➡️Problem in saving GSTR-3B
➡️Payment and Proceed to file are working only after 6-7 attempts

Kindly solve this problems as soon as possible.

@cbic_india As users are unable to file GSTR-3B , Kindly Extend the due date. Why taxpayers suffers the inability of tech company. @nsitharamanoffc @nsitharaman @FinMinIndia

@atulmodani Yes my client has also received the same SMS. But no email is recd. by him as informed in SMS. And there is nothing available on the portal also under his Login.
Therefore we have no idea what exactly the department is talking about..!! I hope the dept clarifies the matter ASAP.

@CAChirag Are you really unaware of the intention of the Law? At what rate the interest on delayed payments are levied under other Acts? You want to punish them too?? Whether 18% is charged without giving an opportunity to avoid it?

@PratibhaGoyal Where does the question of explaining the source arise if a proper Notice seeking explanation is not issued under the provisions of the Act?? It is just an intimation cum reminder to file a revised ITR "if at all required". So far there are no allegations by the department.

I could not access IT Portal today despite trying diff. solutions, however my friends could easily. Upon inquiring, I heard from a couple of persons that IT Department has blocked several IP addresses. Is it true??? Can you confirm mine was not blocked?? Thanks.

तीन दिन पोर्टल नहीं चला मगर डेट बढ़ाने एक दिन का हौसला निकला आपकी सरकार ने!

एक प्राइवेट कंपनी समय पर यूटिलिटी नहीं दे पाई तो डेढ़ महीना डेट बढ़ा दी.

फिर कोई बोलेगा कि सरकार बिकी हुई है तो आपके IT सेलिए बुरा मान जाते हैं.

Direct Tax committee , ICAI have submitted one more representation to CBDT on various glitches/ non performance/ non availablity of #Incometax portal , 1st representation was submitted on 5th July 2024
