@ericweinstein@elonmusk Eric, ppl talking about AI making some new physics break throughs that'll be public in weeks. I hope you're in on that.
I wonder if the vast compute SpaceX plans to deploy will allow AI to develop faster than light travel.
Looking forward to your hypothesis becoming theory.

Fable 5 Ultracode - Claude Code
Save the page and Vibe Code remix it with AI.
3300 lines of code - quite beefy :)
Ken takes an existing HTML VR game and builds it up from a "Beta Demo" to a "Deployable Demo", using 2 stage prompt engineering.
US Government Directive to suspend access to Fable 5 and Mythos 5. Luckily I got to use and demo it before Anthropic made it unavailable.
It's an incredibly powerful model.
I used F5 to make a C++ Robotics library last night, based on a white paper I write last year.

@ShackelWill Yeah it's interesting that AI Data Centres offer better ROI than batteries in my forcasts. Nvidia revealed plans on adjustable power demand GPUs that'd be ideal for fluctuating renewable power.

@grok if David Sinclair's technology can reset cell age, would a 40+ year old's biological age reset to 25 years old or younger? Assume casual fitness level.
@DaveShapi Compute will continue to be cheaper to manufacture. Demand may keep the sale price high for a few years. I think the technology will evolve very quickly such that new hardware stacks are significantly better - because AI.
-Ken
@DaveShapi@TheMG3D@grok Yeah, false premise. But the answer is eitger when a natural economic trough or recession occurs, or money becomes meaningless.
Either way, might only be a few years away.
-Ken
Yeah. TBH I think you had written them off after a bad week or something. Just my perspective as a casual observer. I've been using chatgpt, claude, gemini (all paid) and think chatgpt has been the best or equal best. Claudes agentic folder processing is powerful, but the token rate limits are terrible.

@ShawnRyan762 Really? Not seeing that in South Australia.
BRS allegedly executed detainees. Maybe he was ordered to.
But anyway, police are pretty well respected here, as are Defence Personnel.

3D mashup Tetris Arkanoid. Part of the Make Tech website rebuild.
I used GPT5.4, HTML Three.js, a few revisions, and some manual code editing. This started as a 2D game built with GPT o3 last year.
Save the HTML and mod it yourself with AI.

@steipete@vincent_koc@TEDTalks That's cool man. Hey you know there's no Mac Minis for sale in Australia now? What have you done! Haha, such a strange time.

Too broad of a statement to take seriously, Tim.
There's so many different governments for all the people reading this, not all will have the same legislation experience. Also the GDP per capita of different jurisdictions will effect things significantly, and where that P comes from.
