RTO need to understand that unlearning a behavior is more difficult. If there is a jam on one side, then ensure you open the bottlenecks and not the wrong side.

BEST buses are parked all over the turning of Malad Subway (Road from West to East). Sometimes over 7 buses parked. All this right outside @MTPHereToHelp - RTO office. This leads to unnecessary traffic jams. Could something be done? @RoadsOfMumbai
