Ephesians 6:11-17 Reflects the most powerful scriptures in terms of offensive & defensive strategies against God’s primary adversary Satan. I have always included verses 10 and 18 because v.10 sums up what you need to be successful & v.18 tells to put on knee pads and always pray using these prayer strategies.

Pray at all times — on every occasion, in every season — in the Spirit, with all [manner of] prayer and entreaty.
To that end keep alert and watch with strong purpose and perseverance, interceding in behalf of all the saints (God's consecrated people.)

And paraphrasing the infamous Philippians 4:7-8 be anxious for nothing but everything in prayer with thanksgiving to God then the peace that passes all understanding will guard your heart and mind.
