@nsandihelp Extremely painful - I only want to change my phone number and I'm going round in circles. When I call it says go on the website and when I go on the website is says call!!!!!!!!!! (yes, there are a lot of exclamation marks).
@CarpetrightHelp I'm expecting a contretemps as the fitter put the underlay down when he came with the wrong carpet. We said we were expecting this to be replaced and the shop said that it is guaranteed for a number of years. NOT when it is exposed in a house with 9 people.
@CarpetrightHelp Fitter now coming back tomorrow to remove gripper rods. That's a start but still have to wait. Underlay is a trip hazard - or that comes up leaving the staples - unprotected stairs with children and an aged relative with Alzheimer's - still not happy.
@CarpetrightHelp wrong carpet sent - now told to take gripper rods up ourselves - not happy in the slightest - and then have to wait another however long for the correct carpet. This doesn't sound like customer service or customer safety!
@tescogroceries We have no food due to Covid isolating and an old lady with dementia and you have cancelled my food order without any notice. I don't like you Tesco!
