@santanderukhelp Recieved an email saying to log into online banking as I have an 'important document to read and may need to take action but when I login there are only bank statements there and no new letter. Any advice?

@santanderukhelp Not that I saw it was all just statements but the email did mention 'it relates to your account summary' so I am guessing that is what is was. That is just the year end statement thing isn't it? I will go back & double check incase I am just losing my actual mind in this heat 😂

@Uber_Support I feel like you need to update your system so it shows up better when Uber Pets is booked as frequently drivers as unaware. The man matched with us today had actually opted out of Uber Pets and still matched with us. He still took us but created a very awkward situ!

@Uber_Support Hi My elderly Mum uses Assist as she has a foldable wheelchair or rollator that needs to go in the boot (she can walk small distance/get herself in the car) Often there are no Uber assists available. Will UberX put things in boot or do we need Uberxl in this situ?

@Uber_Support is it correct that if you cancel an uber in less than 2 minutes of being assigned a driver in the UK there is no cancellation fee?

Can I just confirm in the meantime as she will be using you shortly that if you cancel a ride within the first 2 minutes of a driver being assigned there is no cancellationl/fare charge in the UK? That way if she is assigned him today she can cancel?

@Uber_Support is there a way to be unmatched from a particular Uber driver? No specific complaint just my daughter felt uncomfortable with him. Or is his name comes up as the assigned driver can we at least cancel and rebook without being charged?
