@MixxDeb I’m the same way. Not many doctors believe that you can get infected by steroids but it does happen.

I once had a cortisone shot done in both my hips and within 10 mins of leaving the place my tongue swelled and mouth went numb. The doctor thought I was making it up.

Anyone else had side effects from a steroid injection in the spine?

I had my second set of injections yesterday morning and since last night have had: heat sweats to where I soaked my clothes and bed, pretty bad headache, nausea, and my heart rate was about 150.

@DrJenGunter Two months pp (the week after I returned to work and couldn’t pump on a regular basis) I got mastitis, went to the ICU with a 106 fever, and became septic.

I believe that if I could have pumped like I needed to at work I wouldn’t have almost died and traumatized BF for me.
