@Europcar_Ire In Dublin airport trying to collect a booked and paid for car. What dreadful service - by the time I get my car I will have missed the meeting I’ve flown in for. Horrific. I suggest people steer clear if they don’t want to spend hours waiting!

@AskNationwide I don’t have an app sadly. My other bank online chat is so good. It was very poor in comparison - I will just go into a branch and close anything down. It will be the easiest and least stressful option. I am not an active Nationwide user so won’t be missed!

I understand slowing intake around closing time but having locked the door by 17:27 it would be good if the person locking up could monitor potential customers. I needed something and was going away today. I had 3 minutes & wanted 1 med.

@BootsUK really hacked off to whizz to my local Boots to find that it closes at 5. 30 but the doors were locked at 5.27. I know because I checked the time. I needed 1 thing quickly that would have taken about 30 seconds! I even had time to screenshot to check it was before 5.30!
