@reliancejio I applied for a new connection of jio fiber. Completed KYC and was awaiting installation. One of your people decided to cancel it without my permission. Now I am asked to complete KYC again and wait for a day to install.

@JioCare I got the reason for rejection- the person who did my KYC was from a different backend. Also the supposedly correct person has blocked me on whatsapp after saying handle all the calls you will keep getting from jio.
