#Bengaluru e-Khatha mandatory for #Property Registration by #Karnataka Govt turning out to be #Bangalore Citizens biggest #grievance, #SCAM & #Corruption. Its 60 days & #BBMP is able to issue only 21369 e khathas (less than 1% of properties). Even if you Triple this it requires 2 years for covering all properties...Revenue from registration has fallen to 95%..Subregistar offices are idling..#Bengaluru is loosing Investments to Hyderabad, Mumbai chennai etc due to this " illogical linking of ekhatha to Registration when 99% don't have e khatha "...its lack of a common sense by #Revenue department.
Request @CMofKarnataka & @DKShivakumar @MBPatil to prevail upon @krishnabgowda & @IGRKarnataka to remove ' Cumpulsory e-Khatha for Registration under BBMP ' at least by 12 months.
Property Registration in majority cases is for meeting emergencies like #Medical , #Marriage & #HigherEducation etc...middle class money is struck with builders badly..Complete Anarchy Situation.
