Again today i went to patna and again this happened and this time they broke all the lines. They abused and threatened agressively even after giving 200 ruppes..
I called 1033, DM Control Room , DM office, SP Law and order patna and SP Didarganj rural.. No-one took responsibility

I frequently traveled to Patna and have repeatedly faced an alarming situation at Didarganj Toll Plaza, Patna–Bakhtiyarpur Tollway NH30. Gangs of transgender repeatedly stops my vehicle and demanded money aggressively and not agreeing by 20rs on refusing they abuse and threaten

Still no action Ystrdy in evening seller contacted me and said that he will give initiate the refund but he didn't and when I talked to customer care today they said that they are refunding on behalf of seller but later they said they can't as the matter was escalated on Twitter.

Hey @dmnalanda meet @SEVA_SBPDCL claims to illuminate lives but takes 30+ hrs to restore power after minor issues. They darken lives instead. Their motto should be: Minor issue, major outage. Have some shame, both of you. There is no electricity from more than 30+ hours.
