Here is how I train my mind to spot out potential leaders in the market⏬
I pen down everything that I see on a chart. It helps me spot the key triggers that pushes the price higher.
This activity helps your mind develop a core memory of what to focus on and what to ignore while scanning.
Do this activity again and again and you will start to notice huge improvements in your chart reading skills.
Some examples of how I do it⏬

ATR is not a trade signal.
It is a decision filter.
ATR measures volatility.
Volatility defines opportunity.
Here is how I use it.
> Low ATR means random price movement
> High ATR means sustained pressure
> Sustained pressure supports breakouts
When ATR is low, I avoid trading.
When ATR expands, I pay attention.
This single rule removes many low-quality trades.
ATR does not predict direction.
It decides if participation makes sense.
