I've been a @Delta Medallion member for years & somehow they managed to lose my luggage on a nonstop flight. They scanned it on, but never scanned it when they removed from the plane due to weight. AirTag says it's somewhere in Turkey now & Delta has no records for it. wtf.

One of my biggest regrets is signing up to be a @Chase customer. I had a flight booked for Saturday & I needed to change it to Thursday, BECAUSE MY DAD DIED & I needed to get home. Since I booked my flight through Chase's Travel Portal, I had to call them to change the flight.
And if anyone is wondering, yes, I have reached out to @Chase's business escalation team to report the agent. The moral of this story is: Life is unpredictable - be a compassionate, kind human - & dont sign up with @Chase.
I've been a proud @AskAmex customer for years & I only signed up for Chase in July, because I had a trip abroad & needed a Visa. If anything, I'm happy I only signed up for Preferred & not Reserve, because they don't deserve another dime from me.
