@delhivery@MyNykaa@nykaacares FYI managed to find my package among this pile! Thanks to my years of working as a journalist I figured out a way to find out where exactly my package was since you guys couldn’t do that and I also managed to have my staff pick it up from there!
@delhivery u need to pull up your socks! This is just one image of all the number of packages lying at your center. I had to send someone personally to locate my package but they were not willing to hand it over coz it was lying somewhere among all the mess & they were clueless
@nykaacares Does your job end there? By just replying to the DM? Or are u supposed to help resolve the issue?? You should rename your handle to NykaaDoesNotCare!! Just coz you’ve already received the payment but we are left to do the running around to find out where our package is
@delhivery@help_delhivery the worst delivery service. Wouldn’t advice anyone to use their services. My package has been lying with them since the last 6 days at a centre very close but everyday they’ve been rescheduling the delivery. And @MyNykaa too is doing nothing about it!!

@airtelindia the most pathetic service!! I have been waiting for weeks for someone to come and check my Internet connection.Technician who was to come and check today as per the schedule didn’t bother to call and when I called him to ask he says he’s on leave!!
