@Uber_Support Hello! Someone had confirmed that there was unauthorized access in my account but no resolution about the refund of the amount charged has been communicated. Also, how do I prevent this from happening again? Apart from changing passwords

I believe my Uber account was hacked. I got trip details for a ride I did not take, and there was an unauthorized charge on my card. I reported it to Uber support a week ago and locked my card, but my ticket has received no response. Please escalate this.
