@JetstarAirways very unhelpful services.flight booked for tom,due to emergency can't travel & needed any other date for anytime during the year.The only thing the staff demanded was extra money ticket booking.Already have paid $600 from Singapore to Bali which is already too much

@Jetstar_Asia @JetstarNews the helpline service was very unhelpful. And supposedly there is no ticket/open ticket available for this year and next year for $600. Doesn't it sound impossible? Have never experienced such bad device ever in travel life till date

@Jetstar_Asia We would like ur immediate assistance.There has been no reply on email & phone since 3 days.My husband & I had r tickets booked frm Singapore to Bali (4-6 Dec).But with the current natural calamity there, v would be obliged if u could guide us in this scenario.
