Why the super rail one app is not able to handle the footfall at the time of tatkal booking. I tried multiple times for the past 2 days. The error image is attached. Despite regular maintenance why is the app unable to manage high load?

Train no. 17322 is already running late by 3 hours 30 Min. However at Guntakal Junction, the train is halted for 40 min and still not moving. What is the reason for the same. The schedule halt is 10 min only.

But parts of Navi Mumbai like Kamothe node are still facing power outrage on every Tuesday from 10 AM to 3:00 PM or 4:00 PM and frequent water cuts. My request is to resolve the same and build a new water dam to fullfil the requirements.
