However , even today the outlet continues to sale petroleum products from the outlet SRS Energy located at Village Beerai, Agra .

@ChairmanIOCL the outlet is selling fuel openly , @AgraIocl says it has not given any permission to sale.

Then what benefit your officers are getting from the dealer that even after coming into knowledge that sales are happening from the outlet, the officers are sitting tight in the matter?

Further , when outlet is operational without permission from @IndianOilcl why any officer of @ChairmanIOCL has not reported the matter to District Administration of @OfficeOfDMAgra or @CPAgra_ to take action in the matter??

Leave reporting to any authority, if the outlet is not granted permission to sale then why the sales are not suspended using automation??

@IndianOilcl @DirMktg_iocl @ChairmanIOCL Just because your officer @Divyamadhup does not have to pay the damages from his own pocket, no steps have been taken by IOCL DO Kanpur to submit the reply in the said matter inspite of orders of Hon'ble High Court.
Such tactics of your officer is only increasing the amount of damages payable by @IndianOilcl for the unauthorized occupation of the land AFTER EXPIRY OF LEASE for which your officers are themselves responsible.
You could have easily resited the said outlet and vacated the land resulting in continuation of business atleast, but your officers prefer closing business over resolving issues then this is the only result.
IT IS ONLY DUE TO SUCH ATTITUDE THAT PUBLIC AT LARGE IS NOT WILLING TO RENEW THE LEASES.
