During the first two months after President Tinubu removed the fuel subsidy, many Nigerians who used to eat three times a day were forced to reduce their meals to once or twice a day because of the sudden increase in the cost of living.

For many families, even the quality of food changed. Instead of being able to afford balanced meals, some could only manage rice with pepper and oil, simply because that was what they could afford.

You plunged Nigerians into untold hardship, claiming you're saving. Nigerians didn't see the savings. Only you, your family, friends, governors, their families and friends are enjoying the so-called savings. You even said, "You wished there was another way", and then boom! You have now spoken to the governors few minutes to another election, that you want them now to temporarily give Nigerians some cheaper transportation that will eventually go high again after the election. You truly do not rate Nigerians.

So you can actually "convince" the governors all these 4 years but you refused to do?

Until an opposition planing to unseat you told Nigerians that he will re-introduce another subsidy regime, that is when you remember you have to do this? Is this wickedness or what?

Truly you can re-introduce another subsidy, and it is not late. It doesn't have to be that ugly, opaque and cruel one that isn't clear to us. But if your regime would drop that arrogance it is working with & look into how others around the world are doing it, you can also do it.

- spent 40 billion on Toyota Land Cruiser SUVs for 109 Senators & 360 House of Representatives
- distributed 70 billion as "welcome packages" or support allowances for newly elected members of the 10th National Assembly
- spent 21 billion on new VP’s residence Abuja
- spent 5 billion on Vp’s quarter Lagos
- spent 7 billion to upgrade presidential fleet
- spent 8 billion on presidential residence, Abuja and Lagos
- spent 5 billion on presidential Yacht

Meanwhile, there has been ZERO, ZERO gains of this fuel subsidy removal to the people.
