Lots to discuss about #nurses striking. And there’ll be a cost in lots of ways.
But we must support them.
Clapping never helped nursing shortages or pay bills.

@physiothb We need to improve recruitment and retention of staff, so people can do their jobs safely. And, related to this, we need to look after them better while they’re doing them.
There are reports today that inflation (RPI) could hit 17.7% by the end of the year.
This isn’t being driven by wages–they’re stagnant. It’s driven by the rampant profiteering of corporations.
We need a Government that will stand up to corporations & get markets under control.
