@dunkindonuts I love you BUT your Bennett Mills location in Jackson sucks. The number of times they close the lobby is ridiculous. The app gives the option of walk-in but then I need to wait in the 20+ min drive thru line. 🤬 Can you turn the walk-in option off for them?

I’m not usually a tweeter… but I’ve now left 5 voicemails over 4 days for @comcastbusiness regarding an outage and have yet to receive a call back! My business has been down and literally no support! Their answering service says callback will be within 1 business day! 🤬

If you want to worst roadside ever get a @MercedesBenz. 2 experiences with tows, first one 3.75 hours. This one 2 hours and still waiting. And now they tell me they’ll leave me on the side of the highway because they can’t give me a ride.

@MercedesBenz Now I’m carless until the dealer opens and replaces my tire. Then I still have to get to the dealer somehow to pick it up.

@MercedesBenz has the WORST roadside assistance ever! What’s the point of having the service if you have to wait over an hour just to have your call answered?

@MercedesBenz No they just apologized for the long wait. And I understand it was a Sunday so dealer was closed but I was on my own to get my daughter and I home from there. With the premium we pay for that service I think there should be some technology to be able to remotely get a loaner.

@MercedesBenz It took 2.5 hours to get someone out. AAA is much faster than that. Over an hour on hold to get someone on the phone then waiting over an hour for the tow was ridiculous. I don’t understand why it takes that long to get someone on the phone.
