🔹 I can’t transfer it to my bank
🔹 I can’t use it for any booking
🔹 Support says “for security reasons we can’t tell you why”

But getting the refund wasn’t easy. I followed up repeatedly for 3 months. After threatening legal action, they finally added the refund to my Booking Wallet as “cash credit”. This amount was supposed to be withdrawable or usable for bookings.
