@kulula This is not an answer to my question. Because you confirmed after 9h this morning that BA6414 would fly at 12h (no qualifications) we did not book an alternative flight. When we arrived at the boarding gate there was no one (no notice!). We then had to buy the only tickets (SAA)

@kulula You confirmed that BA6414 would fly when this was not the case. Your advice only came much later, and after the flight was cancelled without any notice. We were put to substantial extra costs as a result of the incorrect confirmation. Please confirm that we will be compensated.
