@chris_harrod@anon_opin The Victorians built the longest (at the time) railway tunnel in about two and a half years. 100 navvies were killed during the construction of Box tunnel on the Great Western mainline. One fatality about every 8 days. These days, construction workers are less expendable.
@skodapickup@SwaledaleMutton Worth pointing out that the NPPF does now recognise succession dwellings on farms in England (some years after Wales), even in National Parks, but you are correct that the agricultural unit must be viable.
