Today, Elon Musk, a trillionaire, pays the same amount into Social Security as someone making $184,500.
If we end that absurdity and lift the cap on taxable income, we can make Social Security solvent for 75 years and expand benefits by $2,400. My Social Security bill does that.
AI ISN’T THE ONLY PRESSURE
People are talking about how AI will change employment.
But underneath that conversation is something more personal:
Will I still be valuable?
Can I keep up?
What happens if the career I built no longer provides security?
These are not merely professional questions. They touch identity, confidence, purpose, and belonging.
You do not need to face them alone.
I’m offering one-hour coaching sessions for $30.
No pitch. Just clear, grounded support for navigating change without abandoning yourself.

MEN NEED SOMEWHERE TO TELL THE TRUTH
A lot of men do not need more advice.
They need one place where they can stop performing competence long enough to tell the truth.
“I’m scared.”
“I don’t know what to do.”
“My relationship is slipping.”
“I’m succeeding, but I’m not happy.”
“I can’t keep carrying all of this alone.”
There is strength in finally naming what is true.
I’m opening 100 one-hour coaching sessions for $30.
No judgment. No hustle. No high-ticket ambush.
Just an honest conversation about where you are and what comes next.

YOU MAY NOT REALIZE HOW STRESSED YOU ARE
Sometimes stress doesn’t look like falling apart.
It looks like functioning.
Answering emails. Making dinner. Attending meetings. Paying bills. Keeping everybody reassured.
All while your jaw is tight, your sleep is shallow, and some part of you is quietly wondering how long you can keep doing this.
You don’t have to wait for a breakdown to ask for support.
I’m offering one-hour coaching sessions for $30 as part of my One-Hour Reset initiative.
No sales pitch. Just a place to exhale, get honest, and find your next step.

THE COST OF HOLDING IT TOGETHER
A person can look completely composed while it is quietly draining them of everything.
That is the hidden cost of “holding it together.”
There is little energy left for imagination, intimacy, play, courage, or change.
A good coaching conversation creates room inside you. It helps separate the actual problem from the fear surrounding it.
For the next 30 days, I’m making one-hour sessions available for $30.
Come with one real issue. Leave with greater clarity and a practical next step.
No pitch, no obligation, just warm human reflection.

Thomas Massie says the conspiracy theorists were right again about Section 224 of the NDAA, which he says will merge the United States military with the IDF.
Massie says the provision is treasonous and warns that it will force the United States to compromise its own security for Benjamin Netanyahu's demands.
"The difference between a conspiracy theory in Washington has been reduced from six months to six days."
Yes. To the observer outside the car it is moving at 50 mph, to the observer inside the car it is stationary relative to the car. To someone observing on the moon the drone is moving 1,027 mph as the earth spins. To an observer on the sun, the drone is moving roughly 66,000 mph....
A lot of people would benefit from talking with a coach.
They just don’t want to spend the first conversation wondering when the sales pitch is coming.
I understand that.
So, for the next 30 days, I’m opening 100 one-hour coaching sessions for $30 each.
Bring me the relationship that feels stuck.
The career decision you keep circling.
The pressure you’ve been carrying silently.
The version of yourself you know you’re capable of becoming.
This is not a disguised enrollment call.
One hour. $30. No pitch. No obligation. Just honest coaching.

Organic Intelligence #5
Every tool that removes friction from our work gives us something. But it can also take something away. The pause before sending the difficult email. The struggle to find the right words. The moment of reflection where you ask yourself, “How is this actually going to land with another human being?”
The people getting the least value from AI right now are often the ones who feel the most productive using it
For most of human history, that friction wasn’t a bug. It was part of the thinking process. Now it’s possible to generate a polished answer in seconds. The output looks better. The volume increases. The inbox clears faster. But there’s a hidden danger.
You can become increasingly efficient while becoming less connected to the people you’re communicating with.
I’ve seen leaders send beautifully written messages that somehow leave their teams feeling unseen. Not because the writing was bad. Because the thinking behind it never fully happened. AI can help you write.
It cannot care for you. It cannot understand the subtle tension in your leadership team, the fear behind an employee’s resistance, or the look on your partner’s face when they say they’re “fine.”
That’s still your job.
The leaders who thrive in the next decade will be the ones with the most organic intelligence.
They’ll be the ones who stay deeply attentive to human beings while using these tools to amplify that attention.
Used well, AI becomes an extension of your presence. Used poorly, it becomes a substitute for it. And people can feel the difference. Speed without presence is just noise moving faster. Signal rises from the heart, not the tech stack.

Over a million acres of pristine wilderness lakes in Minnesota.
The most visited canoe country in America.
Generations of families have paddled it, fished it, camped it.
The Senate just sold it out outright.
They called it "America First."
Then handed it to a Chilean billionaire — so his company can ship the copper to China.
The Senate voted 50-49 to gut 20 years of Boundary Waters mining protections.
Here's the deal they made.
A Chilean billionaire's company digs the mine.
America can't smelt the copper — we don't have the capacity.
So the ore ships to China.
China processes it.
Sells it on the world market.
Chile keeps the profits.
Minnesotans don't even get the jobs.
Minnesota keeps the pollution.
And Americans get to buy it back from China at full market price.
This same company has a documented history at their Chilean mines: pipeline spills, regulatory fines, and locals fighting back for years.
They paid a former Trump Interior Secretary $380K.
The protection died by one vote.
Here's exactly how it happened — and who made it happen.
Who do YOU think this mine actually serves?

We live in an age obsessed with artificial intelligence, measurable outcomes, and data-driven certainty. But there is another form of intelligence we rarely speak about:
Organic intelligence.
The intelligence of the body.
The part of us that registers subtle shifts before the conscious mind catches up. The nervous system reading microexpressions. Breath changes. Timing. Emotional incongruence. "Vibes" Thousands of tiny signals beneath awareness.
Trust lives there.
Scientifically, trust is hard to pin down. You can measure cortisol, oxytocin, heart rate variability, but none of those fully explain why one person feels safe and another doesn’t.
You simply know from a felt sense. Or perhaps more honestly: Your body knows.
The tragedy for many high-performing people is not that they lack intuition. It’s that they’ve become so skilled at overriding it. At work, we ignore these data points in favor of more quantifiable information, and call it pattern recognition. But, it is a skill we need to train and practice called emotional intelligence.
Trust is not blind faith.
Trust is what happens when your organic intelligence repeatedly experiences coherence, when words, actions, emotion, and our nervous system all point in the same direction.
What truths have you already sensed… that you keep trying to negotiate with?
