@niiciidee @SkyHelpTeam We have the same problem and have a family member in hospital. This is getting ridiculous, we need to change provider or one of us has to go to a different network so at least one of us is able to make and receive calls/texts

@ao what an absolute joke. I just called them as I couldn’t use the £40 promo code I had onlineI was was then asked to purchase the AO 5 star member price first so that she could manually take the discount off. After paying £39.99 for this I’m told sorry I can’t do this manually

@RachelforLWP how can you condone the for EV cars when as a government you want us to drop emissions and encourage electric cars. We then pay a premium to buy one, pay VAT and tax on our electric that we use to charge our cars and you’ve taken away the free road tax. 1/2

@youfibre It has to be as my nan used to make it. Heat the teapot first, then pop loose tea or teabags in the teapot, leave to infuse for a few minutes then pour your milk into the cup after you’ve poured your tea. It tastes much better out of a cup and saucer too ☺️

Can’t make any calls or texts, they’ll have the cheek to and us a text giving us 2 GB of free data as compensation. I think we’d rather have good coverage and service
